As a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience, I've spent my career helping people navigate life's most vulnerable and transformative moments. Through this work, I witnessed not only the resilience of the human spirit but also the deep need for clarity, confidence, and direction when facing change. That insight led me to found EvolveU Consulting — a space dedicated to empowering individuals to evolve personally and professionally. My approach blends empathy, reflection, and strategy to help clients uncover their inner strength, align with their purpose, and design growth that's both sustainable and meaningful. Drawing on my healthcare background, I bring a holistic perspective to transformation — one that honors both the emotional and practical sides of change.
